Reflexology and Indian Head Massage in the Workplace

Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are holistic treatments and can be an effective way to combat both the physical and mental effects of stress. They may help your staff to feel energised and calm, allowing them to go back to their work refreshed and with improved levels of concentration - with minimal disruption to the working day.

Both treatments are ideally suited to be offered in the workplace, neither need the removal of clothing and treatment times can be adapted to suit individual needs. I will provide short treatments either during a lunch period or another preferred time of the day, and aim to leave you all feeling rejuvenated, refreshed - productive & happy!

I recommend that each session last for 20 minutes in order for your staff to gain maximum benefit without feeling too deeply relaxed. I will arrive at your place of work 15-20 mins before the first session to set up in the area allocated by you. Sessions will take place at 30 minute intervals to allow for a full 20 minutes of reflexology or massage. I bring everything I need including a reclining reflexology chair or low back chair for Indian Head Massage, consultation forms and even relaxing music if we have a private room.
