Complementary Therapies

Complementary Therapies are treatments that can be used alongside conventional treatments and medicine and there has been growing recognition of their place in helping ease many everyday ailments and stress related illnesses. Therapies that I am qualified in include Reflexology with a specialism in Maternity Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Body Massage incorporating Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage and Ear Candling.

Mum to Be Treatments & Products

Your body goes through many changes during pregnancy which affect you both emotionally and physically. Relaxing during your pregnancy benefits both you and your baby, helping you to have a positive and confident pregnancy and birth. Treatments suitable during your pregnancy include Pregnancy Massage, Maternity Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and of course a Pedicure.

I use the gorgeous Natalia organic skincare products in my massage and reflexology treatments and offer the choice of either relaxing music or a Natal Hypnotherapy™ track as background music to help you relax, both of which can be purchased through me.

Beauty Treatments

Facials - Using skin care products by Susan Molyneux I have a range of facials to suit all, from a quick express facial, to luxury facials including specialist masks. Micro current treatment - Defy the Ageing Process with this non-surgical facelift, improving skin tone and condition and re-educating facial muscles.

You can also treat yourself to a pedicure, nourishing hand treatment, facial massage or why not try foot reading and see what your feet say about you.
